Refund Policy

Because the product is downloadable digital data, refund eligibility depends on whether delivery has occurred, whether a duplicate payment occurred, and whether a technical failure prevented delivery.

If payment succeeds but delivery fails, support can investigate and restore delivery without requiring a second payment.
